Why Fiora should buff enemies and why you need to stop crying that she has a heal

Having a heal for her allies isn't against her personality. It's having opponents who can't stop her when she snowballs, even 1v5 that's against her.

She wants an opponent who will actually be a challenge. Realistically, she'd buff the enemies in order to get that. So if you're going to complain that she's no longer untargetable against 5 enemies, and has to focus her attention on one then you don't understand what a duel is.

I'm not saying she actually should buff enemies, I'm just saying that if anyone's going to whine about champion personality not fitting the kit they really haven't been paying attention much the past five years.

Having a heal for her allies isn't against her personality.

It kind of is. Fiora's an arrogant jerk that's extremely sure of herself and her skills, with the skills to back up being that arrogant.

Strikes me as more the main character of an Anime that's super-set on fighting people in a 1v1 with flashy sword techniques. Also the general mindset of a player playing as an assassin. Gonna carry my team with damages, I'm so skilled.

Personality for a healer is more or less the complete opposite. Care about others more than yourself, don't want to hog the spotlight. Pretty soft-spoken. I mean - a jerkface Priest or Paladin usually has awful supportive capabilities in a story, where a caring one usually has amazing healing/supportive capabilities.

Fiora has high ranks in jerkface and bitchyness.

It's having opponents who can't stop her when she snowballs, even 1v5 that's against her.

Again, an egomaniac that's crazy skilled to back it up and constantly singing her own praises - Blade Waltz strikes me as exactly the kind of skill Fiora would have. It has a lot of flare, and it imposes the notion she is extremely competent and skilled in what she does. She's both showing off and being extreemly effective with Blade Waltz.

Look at Fiora's soundset: Insolent peasants! Run them through! Prepare to die. They dare not strike back. To the death. Do not hesitate. Others try. I succeed. Such unrefined style. Submit! You have already lost. I never hold back. I long for a worthy opponent.

My favorite part of Fiora is her soundset. And if you listen to these? She's not holding back from killing her opponents, she's not holding back her skill so a fight is fair. She's taunting her opponents and showing off with how much better she is than them, running them through with speed, elegance, and grace.

Which Blade Waltz encompasses amazingly well. It has a bit of that Fizz playful taunting and arrogance with MasterYi 's deadly blademaster skills.

She's not Goku where she lacks a bad bone in her body or some anime hero that puts on an eye-patch or weights to handicap themselves.

She'll kill her opponents because they annoy her, and is always at the top of her game.

As a Fiora player - it really hurts Blade Waltz was removed.

That was Fiora's signature move, and the most rewarding thing to use in-game about her. It defined her play-style, and many have said she's a walking ult that's completely useless when her ult is on CD. Which felt true in some games, so having such a defining, core skill removed?

Justified being irritated with or salty over.

Especially when Fizz has always allowed to be Fizz where his Playful/Trickster skill has been largely untouched, being the center of his respective gameplay. It's at least as powerful due to a significantly lower CD allowing more frequent use and wider applications, and Fizz has been allowed to see plenty of pro-play.

They explained the heal, and if you notice it ONLY works when you get her ultimate perfect. Otherwise it doesn't. It's a morale boost for anyone watching.

Blade Waltz is completely against the personality of a duelist. She should not be able to dash around attacking multiple opponents. That's a move that would fit better on either of the Viking/Barbarians we have in the game, who would be used to fighting crowds instead of 1v1. Skill should come from the player, not champion in the form of overbearing moves that don't require the player to do much. (Yi is a good example too, and Jax. All very "strong" in their lore, and somehow translated to "incredibly easy to snowball.")

Being arrogant and having the "skill" to back it up aren't shown with an ability that gives the opponent no chance to fight back at all, and strikes multiple opponents. Unless you're going to argue that if the champion's lore says they're strong, they should be strong. In which case you're better of saying Xerath should have the Dodge effect all the time due to his lack of a physical body.

As it stands, the champion whose kit is and always has been completely off from his lore is Xin Zhao. His says that he fought around 600 men with no allies, yet his kit is centered around fighting only one--going so far as to have a move to knock away everyone but his target.
