Replace her RNG W with a viable damage spell (maybe utility on top), then nerf her Q damage, and it should feel better.

It might also work to move some damage off of her Q and onto her passive, forcing her to take more risks to get damage off.
Also I think that her E trap lasts too long / the ability comes off cooldown way too quickly.
