Riven basically lost 10% cdr at lvl 1, fervor and 13 bonus ad at lvl 1 and you guys just ignore her and wonder why she loses every lane now / has had a bad wr + mains quitting.
Reduce her rank 1 cds atleast to make up for the fact you liteterally cant run flat cdr runes anymore.

Wow what a decent spot, literally at the bottom of the charts of the top lane if go look at any charts, even garen is better than her now, then again im not surprised such a factless biased awnser when we are talking about riven, who ppl cant admit that she needs buffs just because of baseless hatred.

dude dunno wtf are this ppl talking about , riven ia acutly broken as fuk like the most broken fighter with the new runes alongisde with yasou ,they both make use of all the keystones they both have bs mechancis and score kills early in the game just like talon riven now have a late game despite being a lane bully btw , when she get death dance it's gg since that item is so broken on her i was waiting for riven nerfs but guess riot gotta make those bronze riven one tricks happy but at this point of the game i dont even care cause everything makes no sense so might as well give her healing on all her abliltes and 30 cd at lvl 1 cause why not
