So Arm pen balance gone full circle now?
- Armor pen used to be Assassin stat.
- Then ADCs started to abuse it
- Riot ~~nerfed ~~ changed it so neither assassins nor ADC would want to pick it up
- Time passed. Riot has forgotten why they nerfed Armor Pen
- Meta too stale. Gotta buff Armor Pen.
- ADCs start to abuse it as before
- ???
- (incoming) nerf assassins
- Wonder why players have 0 trust in Riots balancing decisions.
