Marksman use to build randuins mages use to build RoA and banshee

Supports use to build support items instead of pure damage

Top lane didn't turn into fighters building like assassins

Remember those days? Ever wonder why Tanks were absolute ass then?

It's because people were smart enough to build defensive items back then rather than going 5 damage items + boots and wondering why sneezing in their direction hurts them.

I miss the good ol'days when people were smart instead of crying until everything got over nerfed/buffed causing us to have the mess of a game we have now.

TL;DR Build a god damn defensive item instead of crying about tanks being broke because you have 37 armor 30 minutes

Warmogs had an entire patch where it was broken beyound belief.

Banshees and RoA are STILL picked regularly.

Randuins was only ever built if the entire enemy team was AD and they had no tank to cut through with a last whisper.

Top laners had items that gave you offensive stats for building defensively.

because those things were good on them back then. they aren't now. take off your nostalgia goggles. also, I have legit never seen a half decent support build full damage. same with toplane fighters.

You mean building HP/armor instead of 5th damage item is a bad thing when all you do is get 1 shot by everything?

you don't get oneshot by everything if you play right. second of all, you won't do enough damage to cleanly assasinate everything when you lack damage.
