Is it me or Tristana is quite OP OP actually ?

Title

Once she gets to her power-spike she's really hard to shut down, she can jump in, reset with E, jump in again, get a kill Jump-out/in depending on situation.

And especially strong with Janna or Lulu/Nami. Sorry I meant ardent censer (this item is similar to Duskblade of Drakthar, you ask yourself if it's the champion who buy the item or the item that buy the champion)

EDIT Just watched Annie Bot stream. Tristana in his team get a penta. (Penta stoled by Annie Bot) Just watched a french stream (eclypsiatvlol) Tristana in his team get a Quadra.

Just the same way as in my game.

The problem is really just how good item 3031 item 3087 item 3094 is with Bloodlust and not entire of . Yes Tristana is naturally strong, but any late game ADC can do just as good with those items as well. Vayne with those items can Ult + Tumble and deal close to 1k damage to a squishy while having stealth in and out + massive %hp true damage. Though it is true that Tristana has a resetting jump + her strong burst from her bomb and her Q on top of the late game range she has, so it really depends on the team comp or the meta.

Tristana only really feels OP because of those 3 items + bloodlust, on top of how strong the support items/support champions are at peeling for her. Remember that before those 3 items got changed, Tristana was one of the worst ADCs in the game and then she got a small buff and then using these 3 items together started being popular and she jumped to one of the best ADCs.

Does she need nerfs? I don't really know, while she could use some power trimming here and there (And this is coming from some one who plays Tristana as my main ADC) but I wouldn't want her to get hit if Riot was planning on hitting or removing the synergy of those 3 items...Rather not have her get Sejuani 'd.

She does have some weaknesses though like her early and mid game are pretty meh at best, and her base attack speed is one of the worst out of ADCs (excluding ammo system adcs Jhin Graves ) which that lower attack speed is made up by her massive AS steroid but that does put most of her power in that steroid, and without it she feels so slow (until late game). She does have a lot of strong points to though.

Trist base attack speed is average. its that she gets no scaling attack speed per level to compensate for her insane Q steroid.

She is an all in adc early who can do work if you use your abilities well and your support makes plays, but she also is really weak when she isn't going all in. people will just walk away from your E so unless you commit to a full all in you can't really trade consistently in lane and it makes her lane pretty weak.

She's pretty strong in solo queue and stronger the lower elo you go because if the support makes a play Trist can just all in and blow them up. She's the best follow up adc in the game in my opinion.

You aren't wrong about Shiv/RFC combo though. Letting them stack was a mistake. Having a long range shiv proc? is busted. sure the damage itself doesn't stack but you can have Shiv damage and the long range of RFC. its the best of both worlds. All while having it charge faster and if you do run warlords having that run faster too. It's just a busted concept. It's not insanely broken, but its definitely too strong.

I feel like Tristana is just thriving in the current meta. In a Tank meta where Assassins can also be a threat due to Duskblade, Tristana thrives quite well since she can escape some Assassins and the Tanks on her team can peel well for her while she can pretty easily melt and evade enemy Tanks.

yup, along with later in the game she has a longer range, instead of having that 550 which most likely gets the adc killed because they are quite close to a front line with 550.

She's always been too safe with her jump. Jump range needs to be nerfed and her early game made weaker.

Ya but Trist is a different type of powerful. She's strong with this Warlord's Energizer build. So she needs to hit 4 items (with boots) to really hit her true Power, she's always been a late game monster but surviving lane phase and mid game is somewhat difficult on her untill she turns on. So it comes down to do you want the early-mid game bullys or the late game hyper carries?

I agree. But the late game seem too strong to me, as Tristana often get behind early but still come strong later in the game. Actually, the two streamer I'm telling your see exactly this comeback, and I can remember games I recently played I won the exact same way, with a late game Tristana in my team. So, the problem for me is her ability to 1v1 late game with a double long-range jump and her R, her Teamfight is okay (I mean it's totally not Okay, but that's as you said, she pay the prices for a better late game) I can't really tell what need to be nerfed without gutting her, but yeah, she's like lucian with more range and more range on her Jump with a rocket blaster if you get too close.

Ya and by then the mage or assassin can out put more then her way faster, also any champ that builds those two items can do that, it's more of the item spikes then it is her.

Yeah except neither an assassin nor mage gets in range to her to actually deal that "more damage faster" (2,5 AS but mages or assassins are faster lul)

We're talking about once she hits the IE/Shiv powerspike, she won't have a huge range yet. Most mages can easily get her.

Of course she's a beast late game, she's meant to be.

So she won't have 2.5 AS yet.

Um lol no, her scaling range is what makes her so good with this build. No other ADC gets the same milage out of it because they still need to sit in 550-600 range. Majority of mages and assassins aren't ever getting close to her and when they do, she either kills them if she can or presses R.

Energizer build plus amazing scaling does that to a champion. She's pretty disgusting with it but I'm honestly fine with this. Trist deserves some spotlight time.

didnt they buff her recently? i knew that was a mistake.

shes one of those hyper kitey marksmen who youre not allowed to fight as a melee champ unless you have 3 instant gap closers and flash ready.

same reason i hate the idea that people are asking for ezreal buffs.

tristana and ezreal are two of the safest marksmen in the game. they shouldnt be able to keep up in damage potential with other carries for exactly this reason.

In the past week and a half the majority of adcs I've fought are Tristianas. I just played a game as her to try her out and oh man is she strong. In my opinion the reason she is so overpowered is her e and q synergy. It gives her massive turrent pressure as well as ridiculous poke. Also if she manages to get a bf sword first back u might as well just afk cause you've pretty much lost lane.
