She has unreal mobility, a shield proc on her E, armor shred, builds tank and still 3 hits carries. OH YA AND HER ULT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO COUNTERPLAY IN THE ENTIRE GAME. 11/10 DESIGN RIOT.
Seriously though, it is not ok for a champ with good clear, tankiness, and damage, to ALSO have mobility,
AND A 2K HP SHIELD WITH E AND MASTERY AND AN UNCOUNTERABLE ULT.

RlP K0BE1 votesLmfao what unreal mobility? Once Vi goes in she isn't getting out. Her E does not give her a shield, that is her passive. At least Vi builds both warrior enchant and triforce for her damage unlike who builds just one damage item and still does huge burst. 
also works wonders vs her.
Stop complaining and actually try to learn how to play.
Vi's sudden popularity is a direct result from the new jungle changes. Champions with AOE clears rule the jungle.
