Nerf Last Whisper and make it build into something that also gives crit chance or just give it crit

The only pure AD + Crit item we have is Infinity Edge (with Yomuu's giving lackluster AD and an active that grant attack speed that may be not the best for some champs wanting crit; like ). Black Cleaver is making it so a lot of champs will want to build it over Last Whisper now and I think that Last Whisper needs to be more specialized to give a feeling of place in this game. So I suggest nerfing it, reducing the gold cost, and turning it into an item that builds into an item that acts like the original Last Whisper, but also gives Crit chance (or just add an Avarice Blade to the construction cost of Last Whisper and make it have crit chance).

This would make so many champions happy and would give a good reason between having to choose either building a Black Cleaver or a Last Whisper.
