just make the hitbox for her e smaller and voila you have balance.

it only detonates after it lands anyway. you can just pre-detonate it to blow the second it lands.
she needs that to be honest. too many highly mobile mids/jungles to land reliably otherwise. just lower the explosion radius and its balance
