That is one specific global ult that is completely different from every other global ult in the game. There really aren't that many and they are all pretty fair.
1)
- requires excellent awareness and ability to actually teleport in to save someone without getting the both of you killed
2)
- straight up damage, and if it hits something along the way its damage is reduced
3)
- does next to no damage up close, has a manageable travel time, and a decently small hit box
4)
- this one is kind of BS at close range because it's a free stun, but overall after playing her, the hitbox is even skinnier than Jinx's ult so if you hit it from long range, that's a great shot.
5)
- you have to hit this and make sure you call it back before your enemy moves for you to actually maximize the damage on it.
6)
- doesn't actually have that high of a ratio and has a really long cooldown so it's not very strong - you really have to chip away at someone for it to work, and leave yourself vulnerable and not CS'ing for quite a while.
7)
- It's just healing. Not even that great until you've been loaded up with a ton of AP and
And you have a problem with Galio, therefore all of these are bad for the game?
I mean, Galio's isn't even that bad. It has a similar problem as Shen, but you don't shield them, and sure you can cc people by jumping to an ally, but you have a pretty ample warning to get out of dodge. If you're diving someone, you should probably consider the possibility of Galio diving in, just like with Shen.
If anything, I see it as a punish for going too aggressive.
