SouL1ess1 votesI still don't understand why is Stashu enforcing a late-game-scaling through that passive.
That passive also brings out the worst part of Riot balancing: you have inherent CDR in your kit but your CDs are naturally longer by 1-2 seconds, effectively making your "Free" CDR worthless.
