Can we please get patches to last longer?

Really tired of these border line weekly patches that accomplishes nothing but annoying the community and causing unrealistic expectations on the balance team to figure things out in a two week time span instead of letting them sit down and actually think out the numbers.

Perhaps if we gave the balance team actual time to test things out on test servers, write things down on paper and check the numbers these patches woulden't be so worthless.
