Camille Mini-Rework -- By a Camille One Trick
Camille's entire concept, art, lore, and personality are amazing -- Her gameplay, however, will remain in the pit with Azir, Kalista, Rek'Sai, and the others unless we make some changes.
Camille currently does too many things, and with recent nerfs, she does too many things mediocre. Why pick Camille over Fiora, Riven, or Yasuo? The answer should always be "A long duration fuck you to hyper mobile cancer, and burst.".
Riot promotes her as being this TERRIBLY PRECISE badass hitwoman of piltover, yet she currently doesn't really fill that theme. Let's change that by changing her kit a bit.
Passive - Adaptive Defenses --> Terribly Precise (New)
Camille gains stacks of Precision over time when in combat with enemy champions. At 100 stacks, Camille's next basic attack will strike a major artery, dealing true damage over a few seconds (Not including numbers because fuck knows how hard this champion is to balance already).
Basically Ashe's old passive.
Terribly Precise will still proc if a basic attack will put camille at 100 or more stacks.
Camille's Abilities (Excluding Hextech Ultimatum) all grant 20 stacks of precision each. Basic Attacks grant 10 stacks of precision.
Q - Precision Protocol
Nothing changed.
W - Tactical Sweep
Grants 20 stacks of precision only if enemies are hit by the outer blade. Damage increased.
E - Hookshot / Walldive
No longer deals damage or grants attack speed. Now grants a shield to Camille if an enemy champion is hit. Camille base attack speed increased to compensate.
R - The Hextech Ultimatum
Lasts 4 seconds at all ranks again, magic damage removed (You should have enough true damage for tanks now), knocks non-target enemy champions back way farther based on their proximity to Camille's landing spot.
IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T CAUGHT ON, THIS NEW KIT WILL ALLOW CAMILLE TO KILL ONE TARGET SPECIFICALLY, THEN GET OUT, THUS FULFILLING HER NICHE AS THE PROBLEM SOLVER OF PILTOVER. All of her abilities, if used properly, will then allow her to burst down literally anyone, big or small, but only one person at a time.
