Teemo is about to be meta
Just wanna have my prediction in ahead of the curve but Teemo is going to be meta with the new runes. There are so many good synergies with his kit that the cancer that you thought was just a meme is now be very real.

He was always viable. Just trolls an stupid people play him in dumb ways.
Just because something has good synergizes doesn't make it meta or good. For instance Rengar and Ivern have great synergy together but it isn't meta.
Teemo hasn't and will never be meta.
teemo is always meta , his KIT allows him to be AP-MARKSMAN with a lot of vision (shrooms) as a teemo main , i never found it hard to play on the current or the previous metas .... you just change builds
Aside from bronze player bullshit. Teemo is actually really fun to play, and he can get killed easily he's squishy af unless you build tank (which is actually a good build on him) he's one of the most complex champions iv'e seen in the game (build wise and lane wise) I think Zoe is gonna be like him, you can do any lane you want any build you want you know what? Just fucking it build all boots xD
On hit Teemo was always meta build frozen mallet and then AP and he melts people. It's always fun watching these people try to run away. Especially now with the new runes with 3 hits do adaptive damage will increase his play rate.
