garen villain bugged or works?
i played garen was over lvl 6 for a long time at a given moment no one was villain
so gimmicky bullshit is useless that time.
should someone be permanent villain until someone else kills alllies to be villain?

Sulghunter1 votesWhen you got to level 6, did the enemy team get any kills by then? If they had no kills, none of the enemy champions filled the requirements of being pegged as a villain for Garen's passive.
