What was Riot thinking when buffing Zoe?
They nerf champions for the pettiest reasons and then they grant a character who already can spam summoner spells on cooldown with one of the longest ranged hard CCs ingame a significant cooldown reduction on it... and since that wasn't enough they up the base damage on one of the hardest hitting abilities ingame so that it can with nothing more than 2 tomes take 70% of a mages hp in 1 strike. Not to mention the insane range on those abilities and the utter lack of noticeable mana consumption.
Yes, Zoe wasn't among the most picked champions for a while - but with abilities that are altogether so completely unhealthy for the game she should have been put back into the thought tank and restructured instead of buffing her into rediculousness yet again.
