So when is the Karthus update?

As one of the oldest champs in the game, he has not seen a buff since patch 4.5, but has seen a few nerfs here and there especially with his wall. Now though I feel like he has become near unplayable since he DRAINS mana and many key damage items for him were nerfed with the mage update.
