Nothing for being a good team-mate

Riot is so focused on punishing people, that they forgot about the privileges of the good. I disconnect in a game, and I need to type the "I agree" not to dis-connect because I had a power outage. What about all of the +1 good team-mates, and friendly's I've had over all my games. I generally get one every other game yet it goes completely unnoticed by Riot.

You get a little angry in just one game, and it's like Riot is at your front door kicking it in. If Riot gave decent reasons to be a good player in this game, aside from the possible ban (people just make new accounts anyway) than maybe the player base would strive for something more. IP incentive, possibly even RP incentive for being a good, constructive, well mannered player.

You received a warning, because you in fact did leave a game. Police will pull you over for speeding, and let you go with a warning, when they could've ticketed you. Same principle. You're not a criminal because you speed, but technically you are because you broke the law. It's just warning, don't make it a habit and you're fine.

No, in your example my brakes would have to give out, or my car couldn't slow down because of a technical failure, because the power going out was not my fault, unless of course I can control my circuit breaker going out once in a 3 year period.

Absence of fault does not forgive responsibility. Preventative measures are supposed to get you as close to 0% chance at a problem; they are not expected to actually be 0%.

You get a ticket (warning) for a technical failure (disconnect) on the road. It is not your fault but you are responsible anyway. You are expected to fix the problem. If you do not, and continue to keep driving (playing), it is now both your responsibility and your fault.

Only about 1% of players ever get serious restrictions, and most of them reform and never get it again. Don't be a 1 percenter. You shouldn't need an incentive to be respectful to other players.

Pretty much this. Everyone wants credit for things they are supposed to do anyway. To expand on the analogy above, what you are saying is like asking the police to pull you over and thank you for driving safely. That would be stupid, because it is a waste of resources, and everyone should just be driving correctly in the first place. Not being toxic does not make you a special snowflake.

EDITED, CAUSE SPELLINGS R HARD >:)
