State of Luden's Echo

I haven't seen this item being built much anymore. It feels a bit too expensive for the mid-game power spike it offers. Liandry's. My impression is that it needs to go from 3200 to 3100 at the very least. It's especially weak now that all ranged champions have some scaling MR. This mitigates the damage and makes Luden's Echo a less attractive snowball item. Like any item prioritized for its high base damage (with only a 10% AP scaling), even a small increase in MR can drastically reduce its effectiveness.
