depends you are from NA so it's month first, 9/21

21/9 if you want to win, push someone out, deny, or get kills etc. 9/21 if you want to be team useful.

i think you should look at your team comp.

if you're lacking damage, go 21/9 and pick up some magic pen items is great since it scales with cinder hulk. also and if you're really snowballing.

if your team has plenty of damage, they'll probably benefit more from a good front line/tank, go 9/21

also, this should probably be in tips & tricks. not that i care but some mod might
