10% lifesteal on an AP JUNGLE ITEM?

I mean like come on,lifesteal on an ap item? whats that gonna give you ? 1000hp back after 40 minutes into the game? Why not cooldown reduction ? ap junglers need some cdr since they dont have much sustain,and since their damage comes from abilities they need that cdr.

it's already on the item 1041 , taking away stats for building items isnt good lol

ok let me explain to you that that item is not for mages... but for hybrid champions that scale ap, like Jax or Ezreal but still go by basic attacks as well.

Because AP junglers still need to use their AA to clean camps early in the game, it's not URF when all your CD are up 24/7 and you have no ressources to manage

item 1041 has given lifesteal against monsters for what, two years now? You'd lose the life steal from it when upgraded.

(Granted, you used to lose the Butcher passive in Season 3 and Season 4 when it upgraded into Madred's Razors, but that was forever ago and no longer relevant)

Madrids was also an alternate build path which didn't function like the other jungler items, so also worth mentioning.

@OP But yes, this is to compensate for how you should never lose stats from an upgrade. Plus, realistically, 99% of AP junglers do a lot of their clearing - at least early game - with their autos. It may not seem like much, but an additional 5 health on every auto is more healing than you get from base regen.
