I op.gg them all and came to see that almost half way through the season most of these guys have less than 50 games and mostly a negative win rate. Worst part? Most of them had no recent data to be shown on op.gg meaning their last games could’ve been months ago.

For those who truly love this game I’d say the average player has around 300 games at this point and for the hardcore maybe 800+.

If anything it seems like everyone on the balance team is a casual player. At the current rate most of them aren’t even close to hitting their last season rank.

How do you expect to balance this game properly when you aren’t playing it actively? I understand that you have other projects and also have a life outside of league trust me completely understandable. But, when you are the designers for this game should you not be actively playing like maybe like one game in two days? Bare minimum.
