I'm not talking skillshots or auto enhancers, I mean legit single target spells such as Vlad Q, Olaf E, Ryze E, Leblanc Q, etc..
What if these singlr target spells drew the same aggro as auto attacks? I think playing champs like Ryze can't just auto bully you to death with their spells while drawing 0 aggro.
RiotMeddler3 votesWe've considered it, it's an enormous change to how a lot of lanes play out though, in terms of playstyle and game balance. Conclusion so far has been that the benefits don't outweigh the costs as a result. It also makes it a bit harder to understand what does and doesn't draw minion agro versus the current 'only basic attacks' rule, though as per some other discussion in this thread that's not always a clear rule even for experienced players.

do you have anything against lane kha'zix coming back btw? because a lot of the little changes really added up into him being a really good midlane assassin again. He's taking Q-E in lane instead of the old W max build.

Same way as a tower, minions will have their bubble and if both champions who are fighting are not in it, or one isn't pushed further then the tower sided end of the circle, it won't draw agro.

Read what I actually said, learn their bubbles, make sure BOTH champs are in range and towards the 2nd half of the enemies tower end or unless both are pushed way back and casters have no other targets in rage... Not a hard concept.
