AP Xin nerfs...
Why? Just... Why? .7 to .5 AP ratio on heal. Why? WHY? Who the fuck is breaking the game with AP Xin right now? Who the fuck raped LCS with AP Xin? First TF can't be an AD/AS jungler (see:devourer nerf and soft leashes from 10 to 5), now AP Xin gets nerfed, can't wait for them to nerf Eli---
OH WAIT THEY DID LAST PATCH.
I mean, at least they aren't buffing AP itemization that will specifically buff top lane AP bullies like Vlad and Rumble--

Seriously, what the actual fuck is going on at Riot's balance team? What's next, are we buffing Annie's stun and ultimate? Is Fizz gonna get more damage and safety? Are you planning on Nidalee getting some CC? Is Kassadin gonna become resourceless, and have his E require no spells to be cast? Is Bard getting nerfed? Can some Katarina buffs be expected? Will Ao Shin be released? Are Gragas and Sejuani getting buffed? Is Cinderhulk getting buffed?
What the hell is going on? I was semi-fine with the other changes so far this Season, but this just makes no sense. When was the last time someone said "Man, AP Xin is so broken! That heal needs a nerf!" Because I can guarantee that hasn't been said for a long ass time. In fact the last time we saw AP Xin be extremely good was Urf, where Urgot was king and Yasuo was considered absolute trash tier.
Can we please get some context? Seriously, why? Does Riot have some sort of vendetta against decent jungle sustain (see:Elise change last patch)? What, are you gonna take away the scaling Kha'Zix has on his heal, too? Is Shen's AP scaling on his W going to get nerfed? I'm actually confused. This is the first patch ever where my only thought about a change was "Why?" Every single other change, I could see being needed in some way, but this, Why?
