Suggested change to Lissandra's E

's E is her ice claw. I fail to see why she cannot have a reset on her claw upon a kill or assist. gets one that she doesn't need when she kills a target and she's an ADC (which are more powerful then mages at the moment) so do not tell me its overpowered or would make her impossible. She needs to have a way to escape because being pretty much constantly focused after using your ult is stupid.
