So you actually have to time it well to reduce the burst of someone, rather than just "oh someone walked up to me and actually tried to kill me, lol exhaust".

Well burst windows have been extended, so a shortened exhaust duration won't exactly be all that useful.

If it was reduced to 1 second then it would be next to worthless. Supports take it to try and help give their ADC a damage output advantage, which wouldn't do anything if it's 1 second.

I want summoner 3 be a Aoe(like Corki 's Q but slightly faster. because some time I'm half retarded and can't click on champs fast enough.

Many times I've been tried to summoner 3 Ahri Yasuo or just a simple Annie flash.(I can predict the flash just can't her click fast enough.

Also it would more fitting when you're a supp. :B Makes the game play Spicy.

What this will do just make summoner 3 more fun to use, and window bigger plays or a window to outplay.
