Update: Level 37. Still no capsule over 1000BE

Didnt they say something like in the old system 1 level = 900IP. Meaning that if this system is better we would be getting at least OCCASIONAL 1000s. Nope. Not 1. at least i finally got a 4800 champion shard. Just 1. Nothing else.

System works though dont worry.

To be honest i am a fan of Riot, but good lord these champion capsules are seriously tilting me.

When going from levels in the 1-9 areas (i.e 31, 32, 33, ect) you will gain anything from 810 to 1260. Then from the 10 levels (40, 50, 60, ect) you can get 1260+

It's all random in the end though, so it's not like you WILL get those 100%

so far i havent seen the second half of the 1-9 though, and im 7 levels in. Thats what is starting to frustrate me.
