Rek Sai can not unburrow while silenced. Intended Riot?

Was this intentional? Because it's very devastating to her game play and I don't mind if this is suppose to be a counteraction to Rek Sai. But if it isn't this leaves Rek Sai just a sitting duck during the duration. Rip Auto Attacks.
