I've been seeing her everywhere recently, and she's getting absurdly fed by just getting titanic hydra and stacking health items. She's tanky as fuck and still spellvamps so much.

I disagree(sorta), but possibly not for the reason you might think.

I disagree because I don't think that the issue is really Akali. I think the issue is in the items themselves. Tank items need a rebalance. The result of that rebalance would likely nerf tank Akali. (The difference is that I don't think the damage should be done directly to Akali, but to what she's abusing)

According to op.gg you've seen tank Akali once this week. In fact even going back several weeks I only saw two games with Akali in them. In one of them it was an AP jungle Akali.

Seriously, don't lie about this shit, it's so easy to find you out. You got dumpstered by one tank Akali in a lane matchup you should have dominated.

Tank Akali straight up isn't overpowered and really doesn't need nerfs.

Tank Akali has almost no sustain unless she's absurdly fed and miles ahead of everyone. Doesn't do enough burst damage to make use of the spellvamp that she gets from Gunblade (if she even builds it instead of Titanic). Tank Akali isn't that great. You got stomped by one and instead of learning how to beat her you come here and QQ about her.
