This Korean Lucian build is not new!

I built black clever and ghostblade on Lucian way before the ADC rework because I could not wrap my head around the recommended crit build even tho his ult hardly benefited way more from armor pen.

Now all of a sudden this Korean build is taking over and riot is having a fit with Lucian trimming his kit down to size.

But is all fairness, I think it should be the recommended build path for Lucian because he is an AD Caster, not the typical crit ADC. His abilities should do damage and not just his AA.

Upvote to get his Korean build as the recommended build for Lucy bby
