If an AD champion is picking Nullifying Orb, either they aren't optimizing their runes OR they are facing a heavy AP composition.
Domination and Precision are just too good for AD champions to even consider the sorcery tree even as a secondary. It's a niche pick, really.
Gives No Lux2 votesNot even close. Prioritizing maximum damage over everything else does not make something optimal. If you die before you kill that mage and nullifying orb would have changed the outcome then absolutely it is the optimal choice.
Hell, it makes Talon's level 2 all-in almost guaranteed risk free.
