Bard is like REALLY strong right now

There's really no reason for him to lane after level 6 as he gets so little from levels, so he just roams everywhere with his outrageous utility an makes plays. It's not a terrible concept for someone to not need levels at all but hes just so damn versatile it's pretty stupid. Also can you fix the interaction where autoattacking him right as he uses portal makes you go through it? it killed me twice in one game...

He always has been, but people seem to have only recently figured out the roaming strategy. Also, the new season makes his early plays far more influential than ever before. Literally if he ults you mid game and you're alone in your lane or something you will die because he will clear the distance with mobis+portal and stun you
