No, what is frustrating about that is he chose a carry position and then complains. If you choose a carry champion (adc, mid, or carries in other lanes) then you should be focused ON carrying, not bitching that "Im tired of having to carry these scrubs" cause you have a 1/7/24 Maokai or a 0/5/3 Fiora top who has gotten you 5 turrets and an inhib.
