What are the least used runes?
There has to be one or two of them, and rather than me ask about each individually I thought I'd ask generally. For me, I don't know who would take Celestial Body. Then again, maybe there's something I'm missing.

My shen uses Celestial body. And typically the tankier supports will too.
I just think that CDR reducer is so clutch nothing compares.
The minion dematerialiser is not really used, I guess. I just saw this rune in a single game and it was tilting me to no end. My Lulu support used it when I was playing ADC and she used them to steal every cannon minion. -.-
Champs who want to waveclear usually have that in the kit and I kinda doubt that this bonus damage really makes that much of a difference.

Aside from superminions, another use for minion dematerializer is getting CS that you normally wouldn't be able to reach like in a melee vs ranged matchup.
That's extremely niche, though. And to use it for super minions means that this item will block an item slot for a very long time. And just if it even comes to that situation, meanwhile another rune will give you guaranteed benefit.
And how many charges do you get again? You can secure some creeps with it in a tough matchup, but is it really worth to sacrifice a rune for it?
I thought it was fixed in beta and isn't able to be used against super minions. Help, have you done this yet?
hehehehehehe.
I like to think my ADC doesn't notice.

Shame really because if anything it should in theory increase your a lot more, I'd kinda think Sivir and Jax should love that one. Or maybe be of use to people who like to farm like Nasus or GP.
i wouldnt be surprised if its iron skin and mirror shell. theyre garbage compared to conditioning.
actually theyre just garbage on their own. literally 5 armor or 5 mr. most champions dont have the ability to access the % bonus on their own. it makes more sense to deal without 5 extra points of resistance until 10 minutes where you just get 8 + 5% for both.
Iron Skin and Mirror Shell have almost no use. Scorch is pretty low-use. Cheap-shot as well.
Out of the keystones...Unbound Spellbook and Lethal Tempo. Everything else has some use. Tempo is too weak to be good, and Spellbook isn't really worthwhile as a keystone on most champions (while an amazing concept, it's just generally not worth more than the other 13 useful keystones).
False, tempo is actually extremely strong, but requires coordination so the auto attackers dont get CC trained...which doesnt really happen from bronze - plat. Vayne Yi Kalista Trynd Kog Jax ect ect all scale very well with it, but its better in lower elo's to get the burst from press the attack + increased damage because even if you're dead you did your damage and amp your teams damage.
Agreed with spell book, its probably the worst keystone - maybe a few niche top jungle and supports could use it, but its generally not as useful as the others like you said.
Anything supportive or utility based never gets used, people just front load damage. Some things never change.
