riot what is wrong with you
that shyvana nerf is very unnecessary. why not just remove the 20% bonus to jungle monsters you threw in there if you think her clears are too strong. why nerf her overall damage which isn't that amazing instead of removing the change you put in there 2 patches that put her over the edge in the jungle.
why does vlad see no pre-emptive nerfs, even though his whole item build is getting hugely buffed?
