Why not give her an actual passive? compared to other transforming champions and , Elise doesn't really have a useful passive.

Elise's Passive HUMAN FORM When Elise's spells hit an enemy, she readies a spider swarm spider ling. Why wasn't this a part of her ultimate in the first place?

SPIDER FORM Elise summons spider lings to attack nearby foes. The maximum number of spider lings increases with the level of her ultimate.

Jayce's Passive Gives him 40 ms toggling between weapons.

Nidalee Passive Prowl Gives her 10% in bushes

** Hunt** increase 10% to 30% moving towards a a target and ignore unit collision. ADDITIONALLY Nidalee's first use of Takedown and Pounce against Hunted will have an empowered effect.

Sounds like a great idea to me. Elise doesn't seem to be in a real good spot right now compared to some other junglers so a real passive rather then an ultimate description could really help her.

yeah. They are wary of buffing her because it can make her overpowered so this might be a reasonable change to give her a little boost.

I dont think she needs more MS with the recent ms changes.
