i feel like fioras riposte is just wayyyy better than nocturne and sivir spellshield

imo i feel like its a powercreeped version of these abilities. Not saying fiora is op but if i was gonna nerf i would hit the riposte before anything else. Not only can it block numerous important spells/damaging abilities but it slows and can stun? Whoa. I know it has weaknesses because she cant move for the duration and its basically all her cc in one ability but wow, it feels so bad to engage on her and have all this bad stuff happen to you. Also, the fact that this ability is on a hypercarry makes it even more punishing. Shes a hypercarry that WANTS you to engage on her.

Again, not saying op, but i will say the ability is probably what makes her banworthy in competitive play.

Comes with the territory of being the Grand Duelist. It's not likely that's going to be touched, because of how it helps her be a successful Duelist.

Noct & Sivir have twice the window to block someting as Fiora & are allowed to move & take actions during their shields completely different abilities.

I love playing Fiora support in normals against Blitzcrank if the adc matchup is favourable. You can just riposte his grabs, stun him, and punish him for the attempt.

actually the riposte is relatively difficult to hit for many summoners so it will not recieve a nerf...

also the range on the stun is easy to dodge especially if fiora is against a riven (ugh i hate that no skill stun on riven)

This is true. The stun from the riposte is more difficult to proc since you have a small window of time to hit your skill before you're nailed with whatever negative effect you want to avoid. This is true even when smartcasting (which is pretty much necessary for riposte to be effective).
