Is anyone actually reading the Ashe changes?

First of all, this isn't a stepping stone to remove critical hit. It would interfere with her new passive,Tryndamere, and Yasuo's passives also if critical hit is to be removed.

Second, Her passive replaces her critical chance and does bonus damage towards slowed targets.** X% critical hit chance = X% of bonus damage.**

I think people are reading it more as "testing ADCs with a non-RNG damage amplification" than an outright "delete crit from game". It's a slippery slope argument, no doubt, but I don't think it's too much of a stretch to see this as Riot testing the waters

EDIT: According to Repertoir, no plans on overhauling crit

I can't help but wonder if this is a subtle trial for a crit alternative. I'm in no way saying that every champion/all of crit will become this one day. Because, you're right. It's not a stepping stone in removing crit. But maybe it is an idea for an alternative, if one day Riot were actually replace crit

Its close but not entirely because her passive does require critical hit chance so its still tied to critical hits.

I'm not too concerned about the critical damage loss. She does lose a lot of "random power" but now she has consistent and reliable damage over time. I also love her dual hawkshot with global range. YAS.
