They cant power farm jungle anymore, they cant lane, they cant do shit. All are already trash tier champions usable only in ARAM and games against bots, and in S7 their life will be even harder? Why do you even keep them in game Riot?

Vanguards are fine for the most part other than having shitty keystone (COC fixing that anyways)

He's been dead since they nuked him into the ground with that 20% AS and 43% healing nerf back in patch 6.4 (in addition to the -30% AS nerf to Warlord's Bloodlust). He had an enormous 9% drop in winrate after that patch. Then they mutilated his corpse and pissed on his grave when they removed devourer and gutted rageblade in patch 6.9. For a while there after that patch, he actually had a 39% win rate.
