@RIOT Why are you seemingly against having full champion access in "random" game modes?

ARAM and now URF both have a random champion select mechanic. But, like thousands of posts have explained, since they are not full game pool random, they promote the creation of exclusive accounts for these game modes with only a select few of top tier champions in each case. This kinda defeats the whole "random picks so the same OP champions are not played every game" concept you were going for. So why are they not full game champion pool based?

The one that really bothers me is One for All. Every champion is available except for Teemo and Karthus. As a Teemo player, this drives me nuts that they wouldn't even bother finding a way to make him available.

They were available for the brief moment that One for All Mirror mode was a thing. And the fact that I got to try both of them in that mode, I would probably say that, NO you don't want that.

Playing As Teemo against Teemo, was pretty much trentch warfare, as you had to clear out the mushrooms before you could push the enemy back. (That would be more difficult now since there's no permanent item to really spot them out.) And Karthus, Well for him in Mirror mode, expect to go into triple Overtime. Either way, I don't really think anyone would want 5 Karthus Ulties annihilating you at once.
