@Riot any plans for Teemo?

He was left out of all of the updates so far, he's not necessarily bad but he's not all that good either. He was nerfed when the vision changes hit and most of his damage got shifted into his Q.

and both counter him pretty hard and with tanks being more apparent in the game he's having an even harder time.

Teemo's the only real bully who got hit with any nerfs be it direct or indirect. Maybe give him an ammo system similar to Corki's ult where sometimes he gets a big shroom that does something extra.

I feel like they should make his shrooms something other than just an annoyance, without having to build like full AP they really don't do much, especially with MR being so easily available now.

The Corki ammo system seems like it could be really good for him.

Although I think a full scale rework on him would be appropriate to turn him into something people see as an actual champion, again, instead of an annoyance.

BUT maybe he just has a high skill cap? I know going up against someone who actually knows how to play Teemo to his fullest potential is a literal nightmare.

He's definitely something special, which is probably why Rito doesn't know what to do with him.

Teemo has plenty of power and damage, he just needs a little more survivability to stay relevant.

If that means buffing his base hp or early resistances, or completely reworking the way his W works, I don't know.

Teemo is supposed to be squishy. He survives on surprise, blinds, and murdering them first. If he gets ahead, he's a monstrosity, so making him harder to kill is just asking for him to get nerfed harder.

That's the thing though; he's too squishy in this meta where Basically every champ can either out sustain him, burst him, or catch him with mobility (or all 3). Even the ones he supposedly "hard counters" usually scale past him in mid to late game. He doesn't really have an identity or place in league besides being an "iconic" pre-level30 "noobstomper". Past that, he's a "noobtrap" and not even remotely viable at any level of competitive play.

Teemo needs a VGU in my opinion. Blind as a mechanic is outdated and I feel like tormenting your enemies could be a lot more fun.

Agreed, now that I think about it Gnar's kit fits Teemo's lore way more.

Teemo supposedly has a really sweet and innocent side (Mini Gnar) and a murderous unrepentent killer (Mega Gnar) side. They need update him completely and focus on that rather than make him that fly in the room that won't piss off

he will get a visual update late 2018 they already talk about it on "ask.riot" they won't buff/nerf him or change his abilities because he is balanced at the moment and he can compete in any kind of meta because he can proc all builds .
