can there be some way to opt out of a high pick order?

there some champs i REALLY don't want to show as first pick as they can be counter-picked so easily .. and they will never be picked or banned away form me.

its like every time i get first pick i know i cant play the champ i want, or if i do pick them my matchup is going to be next to impossible.

I'm sure there are PLENTY of people who WANT to be high in the pick order.. i don't..
