dragon and rift herald are still solo-able by junglers at the 11min mark. lots of uneccesary agency. Especially herald that they can use as a 3rd person toplane and drive me back 2 towers. idk why they even introduced this abomination in the first place

there are a couple junglers (vi and udyr being 2 of them) that can do first clear (buff camp buff). Back. buy some pots. and go solo dragon at level 3.
ALL MłGHT1 votesI'm specifically talking about Herald in my case. Herald is pretty hard to solo at 11 minutes. I don't even remember what level I was but I think it's a bit ridiculous that a jungler effortlessly solos a huge objective and then open the gates in my lane. Being ganked is one thing but being ganked while my tower is being sieged by a huge turtle is another.
