Why the fuck did you buff mid/top lucian riot?
You just straight up buffed his most toxic part of his kit in the early game.
The buff should have been the crit modifier ONLY.
Have fun with lucian dominating mid and meeles top again lmao.

His passive is 50% AD at lvl 1 now from 40%.
Thats a very big buff for his early game.

which means lucian going to sololane gains nothing compared to before, and he would just better go bot to bully adc+get items and actually let someone who needs levels going top/mid

Painlimit1 votesLucian is god awfull right now.... These buffs are really not that much it will only make him less terrible.... And ye no bonus to taking him to solo lanes either with this small dmg increase early game. He still is still low range with mediocre dmg and no hyperscaling late game..
