Conqueror True Damage Needs To be Reasonable
Anything above 300 - 350 True damage is ridiculous it's a keystone.

Conqueror should just be removed and replaced back with old Fervor of Battle.
PTA is the new fervor. Conqueror is anti-tank tech that gets abused by some broken champs like Darius (who already has armor pen in his kit and free AD, if he can stack his passive + great base AS) or Yasuo (the most hated champ of all time - mainly because of the wall )
