I hope Pantheon/Talon get mana pool/regen compensation for Mana pots being removed
Even if it's only for mid to late game, it would help a lot. They both feel like they are strangled by Mana costs at almost all stages of the game.

(so mostly top laners who need mana pots to just survive laning before acquiring items)
And I skipped junglers who could sometimes go top but will now be shoehorned into jungle because of how reliant they'll be on blue buff.
