Riot, either buff tiamat or revert the changes. This is ridiculous

I tried to play my main and go with my typical assassin build to see if it was still effective or not after the changes.

I use to build tiamat first item then go on to my other items before finishing hydra. Now that's just impossible. There is a noticable lack of damage with tiamat now, and I don't just mean the waveclear being gone. The item seems like absolute garbage not only that but Hydra takes so much longer to build now.

What was the reason for even changing this item? Honestly, this infuriates me how you nerfed a core item that is REQUIRED to maintain snowball not to mention any decent waveclear.

I'm so sick of this preseason already, you took this crap too far
