Like, everytime I go versus him, he's either flat out useless or he gets fed in lane and just starts dying once people gain levels. His HP is so low and as a Veigar with 300 AP I can 100-0 him with just QR ignite. Like, does he need buffs or is he just bad in this "meta"?
