untrue. jax beats kog by around 50 hp at level 1 and continues to beat him by a litle bit by level 18

jax has 7 more armor than kog at level 1 but kog beats him by 1 armor by level 18.

Sion has 200 less HP then both jax and kog'maw and even less base armor. Clearly this means he's trash.

Riven has 18 less health then Jax and the same armor. Clearly complete trash.

Jax also has resistances that also scales further with the damage he builds.
