Found another great way to avoid Kog/Lulu.

Should just ban Kog'Maw. I've played against Lulu/Kog'maw in ranked there's very little you can do if they go for the "Protect the Kog" composition. Your only option if he's in your game is to just constantly pressure & squash kog'maw early with your jungler, then end as quickly as you can before that lil bugger scales into a living hell. Lulu on her own isn't terrible & she works very well with Attack Speed Carries, but she's partnered best with Kog'Maw since he has built in Attack Speed & %HP Magic Damage.

Pretty much always ban lulu. Cancer support + sounds and animation is also super annoying.
